Over the years I have noticed two recurring themes among my clients. One is balancing the ownership of nice furnishings with the love of their pets. The other is the price of the aforementioned nice furnishings-specifically the beautifully made pillows that often “make” the room! Yes, sometimes using a few yards of the perfect (and often expensive) fabric will elevate its companions and the room as a whole. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
With some humor and little mock sticker shock, many a client has sworn their children nor pets would ever touch these precious investments. Such was the case a few weeks ago, when a client’s move prompted new vigilance toward her unruly and spoiled dogs. As these things go, the big talk was short lived and I laughed out loud when I received this text.
