There is simply no substitute for having a true passion for interior design. It is passion that makes the difference.
Originally from Andover, Massachusetts, Carol graduated from Lake Erie Women’s College and studied abroad at the University of Caen, France. After spending a couple of post-college years in San Francisco, she moved to Columbia, where she studied Art History in the graduate program at the University of South Carolina. Shortly after arriving in Columbia, Carol walked into Pulliam Morris, recognized founder Jack Pulliam's commitment to "fine design" and knew right away that was just where she belonged. To this day, his influence as her mentor is evident in the beautiful spaces she creates.
Carol's aesthetic is tailored, elegant, sophisticated. Clean lines, attention to detail, transitional styles. Modern and fresh, yes. But not trendy.
I work to create interiors that reflect my client's lifestyle, first and foremost, she says. But it is also so important that I show them new – and unexpected – possibilities.
