Recently I was asked for design advice with a kitchen renovation. My client was inspired by her trips to France and wanted to incorporate some elements in the plan. Unfortunately, I did not take any “before” pictures of the room. However, this space certainly went through a major transformation!

Originally, this was an entire wall of white cabinets with no windows. The windows had been closed up by the previous owners. I love the French range my client found, and we designed the cabinets, hood/mantel, and the hanging rack for the pots. Opening up the windows gave increased light and a lot of style.

By moving the wall to the laundry room over 18″, we were able to add storage cabinets along this wall and have a larger island.
C’est belle!
