Mountain Casual
A tragic victim to left over furniture, dated colors and some really bad Raymond Waites 1990′s wallpaper, this downstairs den was completely wasted on the elderly couple who previously owned this mountain home. Now the second home for a younger family, the new owners wanted to reserve the upstairs rooms – with large stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceilings and spectacular view – for entertaining. This presented a great opportunity to create a casual living space below, adding livability and flexibility for the family.
