Project Highlight – French Country Meets Casual Elegance – Part 2
- Even though we are interior designers, we design many exterior spaces as well. When building a home there are plenty of considerations to keep in mind – position on the lot, orientation to the view, sunlight patterns, existing trees, and function of the outdoor spaces. Outdoor living areas can be some of the most frequented areas of a home, and are crucial to creating a place where the owners can relax and unwind.
Overlooking the Saluda River, this outdoor space feels like a living room because of the stone fireplace, custom shutters, and rug.
