We’ve all been waiting for years to see the completion of this unique dining room-designer, architect, builder-and especially our client! The custom beams, venetian plaster walls, gray limestone floors, and an open wine alcove all lend the feel of a Tuscan villa. A retractable wall of french doors provide a wonderful way for the elements to interact, creating a beautiful open air dining venue.

The expression “flipping a house” takes on new meaning in this historic home renovation. When our clients purchased this traditional house, they realized very quickly that it was not functional for their lifestyle.
