Why Add Draperies?

Some interior rooms seem to SCREAM for draperies – too many hard edges in the room – stone, wood, tile, glass, granite. Many times I enter a room with a client who asks, “what can be done to make the room look more finished?”

I reply, “add draperies!”

This bedroom looks complete with full length panels on either side of the bed.

To Blog or Not to Blog

Several people have asked us why we decided to start our Blog, PM Style. To be honest, there are days we ask ourselves the same question! During 2012, our 50th anniversary year, Pulliam Morris decided to give ourselves a makeover. We launched a new website, created a new logo, and honed our marketing skills for the world we live in today. With the help of Cathy Monetti and her team at Riggs Partners, we accomplished this and launched our Blog, PM Style. The response has been overwhelming and we are thrilled.

How to Avoid a Decorating Emergency!

“Mom, I would like to bring several of my college friends home for the weekend.” Or your husband says, “I would like to invite a business collegue over to our house for a meal.” Or your daughter says, “Could I bring my boyfriend to our home to meet you?”
