Every Inch Counts

Planning construction of a new home takes many hours of thought and work.  Every inch of a home needs to count!  Special attention to detail is what sets a custom home apart.

In this home, which was recently completed, the kitchen backsplash, powder room sconces, and master bathroom mirrors all required much forethought.

A Custom Home – Maximizing the Small Spaces

One of the advantages of building a custom home is that every space can be utilized. Rooms can be designed to house existing pieces of furniture and family collections. A custom home not only meets the needs of the client now, but also allows for future needs.

In this particular home which was just completed, we incorporated extra storage near me into hallways and small, otherwise wasted walls.

Pulling Together Bedrooms and Baths

Wallpapers can add a finishing touch to any room, but especially work well in pulling together bedrooms and baths.

We recently finished a home in the Upstate which demonstrates this well.  In all the main living spaces we painted the walls, allowing artwork, furniture, and accessories to stand out. In the bathrooms and the master bedroom, the clients’ wanted to create environments with a little extra luxury and beauty. We decided that wallpapers would be the perfect treatment to make the bathroom walls sparkle. Of course the large open mirrors, lighting, and granite also help these bathrooms shine.

The ground paper in the master bedroom adds warmth and texture to this large space, while the stripe paper in the master bathroom accentuates the high ceilings found throughout the condo.
