Refresh It!

Many of our clients have wonderful furniture, whether they have acquired it from family, or from former work with Pulliam Morris. After ten or more years of loving and using their furniture, it sometimes needs to be refreshed. Such was the case with this couple’s den in the Midlands of South Carolina.

A new sofa was ordered, for the old one was lovingly worn. We selected a Vanguard sofa with a high back and decorative trim braid to be the hub of this family’s gathering space.

What’s Your Arm Style

When clients look to us to purchase new upholstered furniture, one of the big questions asked is, “What arm style do we choose?”. Different styles include a track arm, casual arm, pleated arm, English arm or the Lawson arm. These styles can be contempory, traditional or transitional. The options may seem overwhelming at first but with some good advise, a decision can be made.

What’s In Your Pantry?

Printer with your pasta?  Computer with your Corn Flakes?

Certainly that choice would not be for everyone.  But when presented with this useless, inefficient pantry and in need of a small home office, my client suggested we blend the two.  As one of the most organized women I have ever known, there was no need to list the pros and cons of this unusual arrangement to her.  I knew she could keep it perfectly clean and manage to do it with style!

With attractive baskets and drawers to hide unsightly pantry necessities, the pantry is always attractive and functional.
