A Red, White & Blue “Big Boy” Bedroom

Happy Fourth of July!

It’s always a treat when I have the opportunity to design a child’s room.  And, what better room to show you on the Fourth of July than this red, white and blue bedroom I designed for my client’s son.

I used crisp white washable bedding, whimsical star wallpaper and a Paddington Bear print fabric to add as much personality to the room as it’s three year old occupant!

You’re never too young to have a Pulliam Morris bedroom!  He is sure to love his new “Big Boy” room as much as we do!

A Finishing Touch – Monogrammed Towels

When finishing up a bathroom renovation, I like to add beautiful monogrammed towels to complete the job.  They not only add a punch of color and design, they also add a bit of comfort and luxury at the end of the day.  There are many colors and styles available, so we’ll be sure to find one that is just right for your home!

Looking for a low maintenace house plant?

I recommend that my clients use live plants in their homes when possible.  An easy one we have found and love is the “ZZ” plant.  It’s perfect for second homes or for those who do not have a green thumb!  We love its shiny green leaves and beautiful shape.  It survives in low light and can go up to two months at a time without water.  How easy can it get?!
