Mediterranean Character

Love at first sight. After viewing dozens of not-quite-perfect homes in Dallas, Texas, this 7,000 square foot villa's Tuscan charm captivated our clients. From the exterior's vine-covered walls and barreled roof tiles to the family room's exposed ceiling beams, old world elegance permeates the stately courtyard property.

Execution
It's in the Details

With its wide-plank floors, softly arched windows and decorative masonry, the home's Italian-inspired architecture exudes a quiet grandeur. Clean lines, rich fabrications and comfortable furnishings enhance the warmth and character of the interior while creating a sense of understated luxury — this is sophistication at its most inviting. The neutral color scheme, punctuated by deep red and muted turquoise accents, compliments the clients' collection of artifacts and original artworks. A careful display of colorful abstracts and landscape paintings assists in marrying her contemporary taste with his traditional style; glamorous modern accessories and a few well-placed antiques further blend the couple's aesthetics. The effect? A highly personalized, beautifully curated space that will age gracefully for years to come.
